芭蕾舞  BALLET BASICS 


課堂教授芭蕾舞基本功,透過基本芭蕾舞訓練,配合身體能力肌肉練習訓練,鍛鍊修長肌肉線條,增強柔軟度及塑造肌肉線條及改善不良姿勢,改善形體姿態及增強身體協調性和靈敏度,適合任何初學者或對芭蕾舞有興趣的人仕。


Classes are based on basic understanding in ballet technique, mainly focus on enhancing body muscle strength, flexibility, improve body alignment and posture, body co-ordination and agility. Beginners or dancers with other dance background are suitable.



爵士舞 JAZZ

 

透過節奏強而快、密集、變化多端的舞步,配合富有節奏感的流行歌曲,訓練身體動律感、靈活性、協調性、音樂感及節奏感。適合任何初學者或對爵士舞有興趣的人士。

Under rhythmic and energetic popular songs, training body fitness, co-ordination and body groove musicality.
Welcome any beginners or anyone with any dance background!



瑜伽 YOGA

 

透過拉筋動作,舒緩日常肩、頸、背肌肉酸痛。瑜伽為生活注入生命力,包括身體和心理兩方面的健康,有幫助於身體排毒、血液循環、增強肌肉、柔軟度、平衡力及呼吸。

Through stretching and strength exercise, co-ordinate with breathe pattern, de-stress daily-life mental and physical pressure, relieve daily-life muscle pain, improve body flexibility, ability, blood circulation and breathing.

街舞 HIP-HOP BASICS 

HIP-HOP其音樂與舞蹈是時下最廣為人知及深受歡迎的街舞類型之一。HIP-HOP舞蹈富強勁節奏感,亦重視身體律動、肢體靈活性、協調性和控制力。
The most popular street dance, mostly with strong beat rhythm, popular songs. Strengthen body mobility, agility of limbs, body co-ordination and musicality.

當代舞 CONTEMPORARY DANCE


課堂訓練以地板動作、站立動作及流動組合的變化組成,以簡單的肢體和關節活動,增強肌肉能力,加深身體協調性、身體自覺性、靈敏度,探索身體與空間關係和可能性。
Classes focus on body limbs and body joints articulation through floor work, mobile and travelling combination, improve body co-ordination and agility, body and space awareness, an opportunity to explore body possibility.

 

URBAN DANCE

 

包括了Lyrical, Jazz Funk和  Street Hiphop在音樂節奏明顯的R&B音樂類,出現很多具有創意性的舞蹈動作, 並非常講求動作力度控制,編排和舞台效果。

Urban dance influenced by several dance styles like Lyrical, Jazz Funk and  Street Hiphop.  it’s emphasis on intensity control, choreography and performance on stage.
